Without the prior written consent of Arjada GmbH, the following uses of the software in particular are prohibited:

Should the Customer violate the restrictions specified in paragraph 5 above, Customer shall owe Arjada GmbH fifty times the amount of a one-time license fee for each violation in compensation. A contractual penalty does not, however, relieve the Customer of his or her contractual obligations or possible additional compensation payments.
