A contract between Arjada GmbH and the Customer is concluded, once the order placed by the Customer is recorded in the specific order confirmation or subscription agreement and has been signed by both parties with reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Arjada GmbH (GTC Arjada) in the valid version current at the time.

Should Arjada GmbH, by way of exception, not explicitly accept the order in writing, by e-mail, fax or online, but rather by delivery to the address provided by the Customer or by providing the actual services or products (for instance, by setting up internet access for the Customer, or by providing the Customer with a user login and password or an unlock code), the contractual relationship takes effect upon provision of the services or products and the General Terms and Conditions of Arjada GmbH in the valid version current at the time shall be deemed accepted by the Customer.
