All versions of arja.beryll® ART represent the same software with full functional range. They only vary in the number of concurrent users and the type of physical installation.
Except for the version arja.beryll® ART light and the version arja.beryll® ART easy, there are no limitations for the amount of data kept in the database.
The network version with a server space subscription. If you want to access your data from wherever you are, treat yourself to arja.beryll® ART pearl. This product allows you to work in-house or on the go with your laptop, iPad or iPhone.
You do not need your own server since you can connect to your dedicated space via internet (ADSL or broadband recommended). Optionally, select content from your database can be mirrored on a website.
Your database is hosted on a secure server. Daily or hourly backups store your information on a second server at a different location. arja.beryll® supervises the server and your database to guarantee top-notch, quick support.
Our responsibilities and discretion are clearly defined by contract.
All user workstations are granted an individual and customized access.
On demand we configure several user roles for you, each of them having defined clear access rights to functions and data.
As base software you need to install FileMaker Pro on each computer accessing arja.beryll® ART pearl. You might buy or lease FileMaker Pro licenses. Depending on your distributor you'll get interesting volume license rebates.
All versions of arja.beryll® might be adapted or modified by us according to your specific requirements. We offer to implement additional functionality and modules, data and data structures or custom screen and print designs in order to fulfill your business needs.
On your request we set up clearly regulated contracts to get direct remote and secured access to your database. So you might benefit from our fast, discreet and private assistance.
